the location is good because it is near the metro station. the gym features several machines and equipment for workouts.
The hotel exterior could use some maintenance. Some paint was peeling.

helpful staff detailed attention super clean room
i found the staff very friendly and helpful, especially the housekeeping team. their attention to detail was evident throughout my stay. the rooms were consistently super clean, with every corner meticulously cleaned and arranged, which greatly contributed to the comfort i felt.
i noticed some plumbing issues with the standing shower in one of the rooms. the water drained slowly. i was standing in a little bit of water as i showered.

the breakfast had many tasty options. i liked the variety. the restaurant managers were also very courteous and helpful. the meals seemed high-quality.

The proximity to the metro station greatly eased travel throughout the city, a definite advantage. The staff seemed courteous and attentive. Their cute attitude greatly improved the experience. The accommodations provided were comfortable, providing restful nights..
I found the pillow a bit too firm for my liking. While not a major issue, a softer option would have been a welcome addition.

the location is convenient, near the insurance market metro station. the swimming pool is amazing. the hotel gave me the second highest floor, and i had an unblocked view.
basics were missing in the room, like coffee sachets.

Chandra and the concierges helped with a lost phone. the cleaning staff on my floor were nepalise. nadeem from hkp and vipon from banquet helped with computer access, and ms eva and anna in reception assisted with my stay. It was excellent.

my plan included both breakfast and dinner, and it featured arabic, indian, and western dishes. the breakfast buffet was decent. swiss butter and cafe java are fantastic, and they offer amazing food and a wonderful ambiance, i loved it.
